High Alumina Insulation Brick is a lightweight insulation brick with an Al₂O₃ content of not less than 48%, a high temperature resistant heat insulation refractory material.
It uses refractory clay clinker as raw material, plastic clay as binding agent, adding appropriate amount of combustibles or foaming agent, shaped by brick press, and then sintered.

It is used for the construction of furnace lining and insulating layer, and the parts without erosion or scouring action of intense high temperature melting material. The surface contact temperature shouldn’t be higher than 1350℃ when it is exposed to flame directly.
